The news of Lisa Marie Presley’s death devastated many people.
The sole child of “The King of Rock and Roll,” Elvis Presley, was Lisa Marie. Riley, Harper, Finley, and Benjamin, a son who committed suicide in 2020, were among her four children from two previous marriages.
Lisa Marie claimed that her kid, who was quite reminiscent of his late grandfather Elvis, was never able to fully come to terms with the loss of him.
After being admitted to the hospital for cardiac arrest, the musician passed away on Thursday. Her Calabasas home was visited by paramedics. At least one dose of epinephrine had been administered at the site by the time they arrived, and her ex-husband Danny Keough was performing CPR.
According to reports, Lisa Marie suffered cardiac arrest.
Her mother, Priscilla Presley, broke the heartbreaking news of her daughter’s unexpected demise, “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” she said in a statement Thursday evening. “She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.
“We humbly request privacy as we attempt to come to terms with this enormous loss.”
Actor John Travolta was one of many who paid respect to the King’s daughter. He expressed his sorrow on Instagram and emphasized how much Lisa Marie would be missed.
“Lisa, baby girl, I’m sorry. I’ll miss you, but I’m confident we’ll cross paths again. During this difficult moment, my thoughts and prayers are with Riley, Priscilla, Harper, and Finley,” the actor wrote.
