Surprisingly, Valerie did not live up to all expectations. Despite the uncertainty, Valerie’s sister Cheryl turned to prayer.
She asked God to give her sister strength. He quoted Psalm 118:17: “I will not die; I will live and tell what the Lord has done.”

As Valerie fought for her life, her family and church members gathered to pray. During this difficult time, Valerie had a match made in heaven. He claimed to have gone to heaven, a place full of blinding light.
When he opened his eyes, he saw Jesus standing before him and greeting him with a warm and loving smile.
Valerie recalls, “I had a feeling he had special feelings for me. “I felt like I was at home. Like I found where I belonged.”
Valerie continued to share her experience and revealed that Jesus’ love for her is infinite. “He only wants me.” She said.
“It wasn’t based on what I did for Him or my accomplishments. It was about who I am. “He didn’t just kiss me, he fell in love with me.”
