Despite religion being unpopular in Hollywood, Mark Wahlberg continues to be a devoted Catholic.

Mark Wahlberg does not hide his religious beliefs. He’s been talking about it a lot lately.

The actor appeared on the “Today Show” on Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. In an interview, she spoke with Savannah Guthrie about her choice not to force her religion on others, especially her children.

“I don’t want to force others to accept my beliefs. So I don’t do that. This is a graver sin.”

“In my profession, I will not compromise my principles, even if I am unpopular.”

Catholics celebrate Ash Wednesday as a day of fasting and offer ashes to mark the occasion.

Wahlberg noted that most people associate fasting during Lent with giving up food, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

“There are different components to the job,” he said. “I think it’s important to understand that if you have an eating disorder, there are other factors to consider. Allah knows what to avoid. “We all know behaviors that don’t give us the positive emotions we deserve.”

The author says, “Therefore, it is necessary to get rid of such things and focus on good habits rather than bad ones.”

Wahlberg said he will fast from meat on Ash Wednesday and eat only one meal, which he says will continue until Good Friday.

He also talked about the need for discipline in Lent, which helped him. “As I started making movies and enjoying music, I realized that I needed a lot of discipline in my life, and that discipline brought me many other things.

I have a great gift for it, and I want to give it to others through fasting, increasing my level of physical activity, giving up other things, and spending more time with God through prayer or purposeful study.”

He still tries not to force his views on others. He felt it was very important to spread these beliefs, but emphasized to Guthrie that “it is important to respect and honor them [and their beliefs]”.

Mark Wahlberg is one of my favorite actors. I can’t think of many celebrities who are so open about their faith.
