Ronnie Gaylon and Donnie Gaylon were born in 1951, but doctors told the parents that their son would not live more than a day.

Despite all the gloomy predictions, the pair recently celebrated their 64th birthday, making them the longest-living Siamese in the world!

Both have four arms and four legs, but share the same digestive tract and pelvis. For 64 years, the twins shared some of the most intimate moments of their lives. Their existence is a constant struggle between compromise and cooperation.

Despite their physical limitations, the two brothers grow to love each other very much. Each of them gave the other the greatest support. Jim says of his brothers: “They are one. But believe me, they are two completely different creatures.”
