As the evening came to an end and the twins were tucked into bed, Miranda received a message from Kim. It simply said, “Sorry.” Miranda couldn’t help but hope that this incident would be a turning point for her sister. Perhaps, just perhaps, it would prompt Kim to rethink her actions.
Although Miranda cherished the idea of reconciliation, she decided it was best to keep her children at a distance from Aunt Kim for now. Despite the unfortunate prank, Colin and Daniel ended up having an unforgettable birthday, surrounded by loved ones and filled with joy.
